H. Nycum has been at the center of IT law and technology
for over 30 years. Susan was Chair of Baker & McKenzie's North
American IP/IT Practice Group and a member of the Firm's North America
and Asia regional governing bodies. She is Past Chair of the ABA Section
of Science & Technology and Past President of the Computer Law

A. Brooks has over 25 years of legal and business
experience in IT and IP related industries. In addition to years of
private law practice in California and Washington, DC, he served in-house
for such pioneering companies as MicroAge, Computerland, and USWeb.
