Our Approach
 We
are experienced and trained in a variety of ADR approaches: from facilitation
of negotiations, to mediation, to traditional arbitration.
We work with parties on all sides of a dispute to develop and deliver
win-win solutions. The parties' choices, and the origins and complexity
of the dispute, determine the best course of action.
We
work directly by mutual agreement of the parties to a dispute, or
through Alternative Dispute Resolution Providers such as the American
Arbitration Association. Our engagement is either
by party-appointment or by stipulation of the parties. We serve our
clients on a global basis, under a variety of mediation and arbitration

We
specialize in resolving disputes in the areas of Intellectual Property
and Information Technology. We do not handle a range
of other disputes that often arise in high-tech companies, such as
consumer, employment, or shareholder disputes. For a more compete

We
adhere strictly to all applicable ethical requirements and guidelines.
These include the American Arbitration Association
Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators, the AAA Code of Ethics for
Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes and California Ethics
Standards for Neutral Arbitrators. (see links to right)
We
are practicing business lawyers and we respect all existing attorney-client
relationships. We will not accept legal services
engagements from clients of law firms that engage TechDisputes, Inc.
for 1 year after the matter is concluded, without the prior consent
of the client's law firm.
